National School Terms Alignment

Campus closed. All administrative and academic services suspended for national holiday celebration.
Human Rights Day

Falls on weekend - no weekday schedule changes, but campus observance activities may be scheduled.
Easter Period

Good Friday & Family Day - Campus closed both days. Long laboratory sessions rescheduled to Thursday preceding.
Freedom Day
April 27 - Monday
National holiday - campus closed with opportunities for freedom-themed educational programming.
Additional holidays include Workers' Day (May 1), Youth Day (June 16), National Women's Day (August 9), Heritage Day (September 24), Day of Reconciliation (December 16), and Christmas period (December 25-26). All holidays are carefully integrated into academic scheduling to ensure respectful observance while maintaining educational continuity.

Critical Administrative Deadlines

Final deadline for February intake applications. All application materials, including supporting documentation and fee payments, must be completed by this date to ensure processing for Semester 1 commencement.
Financial Aid Decisions - January 31, 2026
Bursary and financial assistance determinations. Final decisions on all funding applications communicated to students, allowing time for alternative funding arrangements if necessary.
Course Adjustments - First Two Teaching Weeks
Students may modify course selections during the initial two weeks of each semester based on academic counseling and classroom experiences. This is the add/drop period for both intakes.
Examination Registration - Three Weeks Before Exam Window
Mandatory exam registration deadline. Students must confirm examination participation to ensure adequate preparation of assessment materials and venue arrangements.
